My name is Rachel and I’d like to let you know a bit about me and my LittleChef brand.

I started as a chef from a very young age, working part time after school. I was very lucky to work alongside amazing and talented chefs through the years and learn from them. Pastry was always my passion, I loved everything about it! It fascinated me, still does and always will! After graduating from college I worked my way from a chef d ‘partie, to Sous and Head Chef.

When my daughter was born I felt I needed to change the direction of my passion, so I returned to college. I completed a degree in Culinary Entrepreneurship followed by a Master of Science in Food Product Development and Culinary Innovation. My masters covered nutrition for diseases, with its main focus to develop high end products to meet specific dietary requirements for consumers.

I LOVE food! So I want to create experiences for consumers, not just something you can eat, but a little piece of luxury and lasting memories that can come from it. This can be something very hard for consumers with dietary requirements to get. Therefore, the LittleChef bakery offers very unique bakes to meet different needs if required, such as Gluten Free and Dairy free options along with treat boxes that can be customized by you.

The LittleChef online store offers you a convenient way to place your order and receive goods delivered directly to your door, leaving it very unique to other baked goods services in the area. It gives you a no fuss way to order treats for yourself, your family or to send a beautiful delivery to a loved one whom you cannot see in person. All the treat boxes can be personalised, just opt to personalise and leave a note telling me the name, occasion or message and I will do the rest.
